So I tried Tim O's soluton of lowering display resolution > opening Cheif and making its window small > closing it > then raising display resolution to the max and then reopening chief and making its window large in the hope of finding a Lib browser window that had beem moved off screen. I did search the forum and found that someone had the exact same problem back in April. The Library path checks out in the Library box of EDIT > Preferences > General > Diectories > Library So I closed out Chief and reopended and now can't get into the library At this point I noticed chief getting irritatingly irrasible. and then I placed the Simpson Strong Wall drawing into a blank plan, zooming and moving it around to examine it. My attention got diverted to examining all of the Simpson Connectors in the Library. I was dissatisfied with this location and was trying to relocate them into another unlocked librayr folder or to the one that I had just created.īut for some reason I could not move or copy&paste these files to another library I have done this before and it 'seemed' to work wellĪnyway I went searching for those symbols and couldn't find them untill looking into Interior Fixtures. I chose to "Browse" and browsed to Art\Chief95\LibrariesĦ. You are prompted as to, where to send the resulting extracted files. then when in the "Zipped(compressed) folder Extraction WIzard" on the left side of this folder-window was the option of "extracting files from zipped folder".
